What we do

We manage and advises both medium-sized companies and corporate clients with a particular focus on their commercial properties (e.g. petrol stations, car washes, car parks, car dealerships, retail warehouses for car accessories, car rental stations  etc.). • The optimisation of real estate through the construction of a central real estate data-base

• The disposal of non-essential operational properties (cancellation of leases, individual and portfolio sales)
• Support in the development of settlement and expansion strategies
• The search and analysis of locations
• The compilation of property valuations or short valuation reports
• The development of outsourcing strategies for the efficient management of your property stock
• The conception of alternative uses for locations no longer required (redevelopment)
