Berlin Office Market Q4 2022

The office letting market was dynamic overall in 2022, but a strong third quarter was followed by a restrained final quarter. With 774 lettings signed in 2022, the largest number of lettings in the past seven years was registered. In total, however, there were only six leases over 10,000 sq m, compared with almost 20 in 2021. Demand for office space in the capital remains high and overall take-up of smaller spaces is increasing.
