Munich's industrial and logistics real estate market: logistics rents above the ten-euro mark for the first time

The Munich industrial and logistics real estate market achieved take-up of 96,500 sq m in H1 2024. Compared to the same period of the previous year, this represents a decline of 17%. Market activity was primarily shaped by a 60,000 sq m owner-occupation by logistics company Group7 AG, which invested in the construction of its new headquarters in Schwaig/Oberding.
