Sam Dragan is an Associate with Industrial & Logistics Services, based in Denver. His financial and construction background, coupled with his industrial market expertise, provides a unique proficiency when addressing client needs.
Prior to joining CBRE, Sam gained experience in modular construction as well as asset management. Sam was able to develop new vertical markets for a number of specialty products. He received his Bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
