The Americas Investor Intentions Survey 2020 gives an indication of what the most important investors in the world had in mind for real estate in 2020, prior to the COVID-19 outbreak. Market conditions have materially changed since this survey was administered at the end of 2019, but the key findings remain of interest. CBRE Research will release a survey-based update in mid-year, which will capture how COVID-19 has shaped investor sentiment.
