• In Q3 2018, the total Bangkok retail supply increased to 7.47 million square metres, increasing by 0.14% Q-o-Q or 2.23% Y-o-Y with an additional 10,300 square metres of net lettable area in two new retail projects.
• The volume of occupied retail space was around 7.08 million square metres, increasing 3.52% Y-o-Y. The overall occupancy rate was 95%.
• Thailand’s Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) reached 82.3 in September 2018, still at the highest point in the past five years.
• The retail sales index in May 2018 as estimated by the Bank of Thailand (BOT) was at 275.22, increasing by 17.74% Y-o-Y.
