• At the end of Q4 2018, Class A/A+ office market inventory in Guadalajara closed with          610,000 Sq. m.

• The new supply for Q4 2018 recorded 29,000 Sq. m. in two buildings, while in 2018 it reached almost 100,000 Sq. m. in eight buildings added to the inventory.

• Under construction activity was reported at 144,000 Sq. m., with 11 projects over the next three years.

• Q4 2018 reported a rent asking price of US$20.80 per Sq. m. per month, a similar price compared to the same period in 2017 with US$20.85 Sq. m. per month.
