Emily Botello is a Managing Director and Variable practice lead of Americas Consulting, where she is responsible for leading sales, strategic growth, and 75 consultants across the US. Americas Consulting realizes our clients’ business potential through comprehensive, executable real estate strategies that optimize cost, enhance performance, elevate experiences and streamline operations. Americas Consulting at CBRE is comprised of teams who have deep expertise in site selection and labor strategies, managing occupancy, portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, change management, and more.

Emily has been with CBRE since 2011, having spent time working from the San Francisco and Atlanta offices. In addition to supporting clients directly, Emily is part of CBRE’s Law Firm Practice Group Executive Committee, participating in shared research on the evolving workplace design and experience in the legal sector. The LFPG at CBRE is committed to staying in front of the major trends that impact law firms and the way they occupy, allocate, and improve efficiency and employee experience within their RE footprints. Emily brings excitement and passion for challenging the status quo, while also offering empathy and support to employees as they experience change.
