For some time now, urban quarters and mixed-use properties have enjoyed a significant increase in popularity among investors, tenants and project developers. More and more quarters and mixed-use properties establish themselves as an asset class in their own right. This is the result of a current report prepared by the global commercial real estate services company CBRE in cooperation with the investment-, asset- and development manager Kintyre. It examined how urban quarters have developed as an investment product and how they can be invested in.
