Yes, you are welcome to apply for several positions. It would be important for us that you state your preference in your application and clearly highlight why your profile fits several positions. Generally, we always check whether an application could also be of interest for other departments.
Yes, we are always happy to receive speculative applications! If you cannot find a suitable advertised position in the CBRE job portal, we will be happy to accept your speculative application. It is important that you tell us in your cover letter which of our departments you are interested in and which locations are suitable for you.
No, please understand that we cannot accept applications by post or e-mail for data protection reasons. Please therefore use our online application system.

If you have not yet completed your studies, please send us a current overview of your grades.
*You can optionally add a letter of motivation to your application, but this is not a must. An exception is made for speculative applications, applications for an apprenticeship or a dual course of study, in which case we ask for an informative letter of motivation.

We look at every application personally and do not use an algorithm. As a rule, you will receive a response from us within 1-2 weeks.
A telephone interview is an integral part of the recruiting process for applications to our trainee program me. For other vacancies, we only conduct telephone interviews as an option.
In general, we will reimburse the costs of your travel to the familiarisation interview up to an amount for second-class public transport. Any other costs (e.g. hotel or meal costs) will not be reimbursed. In exceptional cases, the inviting department will be consulted.
Internship and thesis
Yes, we offer voluntary internships for students and graduates. You can find open internship opportunities on the CBRE job portal. If you do not find a suitable vacancy, we would be pleased to receive your speculative application.
You should apply four to six months before your desired start date. In individual cases, however, we may also have vacancies at short notice.
Yes. As a global player in the real estate industry, CBRE offers internships worldwide. For an internship abroad, contact the foreign location of your choice directly.
An application for a follow-up thesis is possible via a speculative application in the CBRE job portal. Please provide the following information on your thesis in your speculative application:
