Recycled materials and natural elements
The BEAM office design incorporates a commitment to sustainability by utilizing recycled materials and products. Impact Acoustic, Buxkin, Kvadrat - Really, BOLON flooring, natural rubber, and sustainable fabrics from Kvadrat have been carefully selected and integrated into the design, demonstrating a dedication to environmentally friendly practices. The environment is fueled with plants, natural light and very open and welcoming. Additionally, all carpenter furnishings feature varnishes and coatings that are Blue Angel certified, further emphasizing the office's commitment to sustainability.WELL Platinum standards for sustainable working
CBRE has signed a green lease contract and therefore committing to WELL Platinum standards. This contract includes specific sustainable measures within the tenant space. For example, water dispensers are conveniently placed every 30 meters, ensuring easy access to hydration. Human-centric lighting and acoustic measures have also been implemented to enhance the well-being and productivity of employees. Certified carpenters were engaged to ensure that the highest sustainability standards were met throughout the office.Employee-oriented room concept with diverse work areas
The layout of the office is based on the findings of employee surveys and individual focus group interviews. A Desk Sharing Ratio of 1:2 has been established to support various working zones that are individually planned according to the specific requirements of each team. The space design provides a range of rooms to accommodate different needs, including quiet spaces, libraries, single offices and collaborative areas.
