CBRE Capital Advisors GmbH, a company of CBRE Group Inc., has become the victim of identity misuse. CBRE’s name is currently being misused on a fraudulent website that claims to offer financial products. The aim of these activities is to deceive and harm potential investors.

We explicitly emphasize that CBRE GmbH and CBRE Capital Advisors GmbH have no connection whatsoever to this website or the products offered there. The relevant investigative authorities, including the State Criminal Police Office (Landeskriminalamt – LKA), have been informed and have already initiated investigations. CBRE’s legal department has filed a criminal complaint.
